Our Group Fitness classes are 30-45 minutes and focus on a mix of cardio and weight training. Each session is specifically tailored to those in the class so you are never left feeling like you are out of place. Many of our classes use a time based approach so you are only competing against yourself and nobody is left to fall behind or speed ahead. A time based exercise means you work to the best of YOUR ability not someone elses.
